Nicoletta is the Altamarea Group’s homage to Chef Michael White’s favorite childhood dish: pizza. Indulge in hand-tossed specialty pies like the Funghi: topped with roasted wild mushrooms, sautéed spinach, and porcini marsala crema, or the signature Calabrese: loaded with thick-cut pepperoni, homemade fennel sausage and fresh mozzarella. Feeling adventurous? Create your own pie using any number of our artisanal toppings. All pizzas are made fresh to order.
Nicoletta also offers a variety of crave-worthy snacks like crispy fingerling potatoes with parmesan fonduta, baked Neapolitan meatballs, spicy honey & calabrian chili-glazed chicken wings, or the signature Nicoletta chopped salad. True to Altamarea Group style, handmade pastas are also available on our menu. Lasagna is a house specialty, covered with pork sausage ragu and béchamel cream, and you can’t miss our rigatoni with grilled chicken and pesto. We are also pleased to offer a Gluten Free pizza crust. Executive Chef Bill Dorrler oversees the kitchen operations at Nicoletta, led daily by Chef Kevin Knevals.
